At our Reserve Room, you are treated to a seven-course pairing menu that includes seven Mayo Family Reserve wines crafted by Winemaker Michel Berthoud and seven artisan bites created and prepared by Executive Chef Sam Frumkin to compliment each wine. His approach is a bit different than other food & wine programs. “I’ve been working in some of the best kitchens my entire life, but always loved the home style, feel-good cooking my family created,” said Chef Sam Frumkin. “The inspiration for my first menu came from that upbringing with some of my best memories stemming from big meals with plenty of wine, and most importantly, family. There’s always been food and family, so now sharing my cooking with others is an amazing opportunity to do what I love. I want to bring dishes that really demonstrate technique, but are also simple and approachable. A home style cooking style in a refined context.” The menu changes seasonally and reservations are recommended.
