St. Francis Winery & Vineyards
St. Francis was founded in 1972 by Joe Martin, a San Francisco business man, who came from a farming family. Over the years, Joe methodically selected the finest vineyards in Sonoma County to add to his estate grown fruit. When Winemaker Tom Mackey joined Joe in 1983 the production of full bodied red wines that became the St. Francis trademark were created. This legacy continues with a commitment to locally grown, handpicked fruit that produces wines that are distinctly Sonoma.
